The Local Walkers can enjoy two paved trails this coming Wednesday, starting in Dorey Park & Recreation Center. We'll take a 1/2-mile stretch in the Park, then follow the connector to the Capital Trail and walk to its intersection with Route 5. Upon our return to the parking lot, those wishing to extend the hike beyond 3 miles can walk longer together through Dorey Park.
Upon entering Dorey Park from Darbytown Rd, follow the road to a parking lot on the left at 7372 Dorey Park Dr (use this location in your GPS). The number 7372 is posted on the restroom facilities.
