Hike Details: We will start and end in the parking lot on the main road with the bathroom, picnic shelter, and playground. Meet at 8:30 AM. The total distance will be about 7.4 miles, and we will hike on most of the trails in the park to complete the loop. Expect a few hundred feet of elevation gain, but nothing too steep, as we pass through forest and open habitats. Registration is limited to 12 participants, and dogs are allowed but must be kept on leash. There is a good possibility that we will encounter horses and riders.
Please be aware that you will need a state park pass or cash for the park entry fee.
