Jim Hunt (Hikerjimhunt@hotmail.com - 804-730-2364). What a great time to hike along the James River. We will meet at 9:50 at the 42nd Street parking lot in the James River Park. We will hike down river to and around Belle Isle and return using the Potterfield Bridge. The hike is about 4 miles. If the temp is over 88 degrees for that day on the channel 12 morning news that morning the hike is cancelled.
