A 6-mile loop hike with 1500 of elevation gain. Steep climb along Little Devil Stairs with numerous stream crossings followed by a historic forest-road walk back to our cars. The first half of the hike is strenuous. Hike limit of 10 with no dogs and will be led by Howard Davis

After the hike for those interested we will visit the nearby Little Washington Winery for rehydration and attend the afternoon music performance of Lisbeth Sabol and Casey Firkin. Lisbeth is an active member of the hiking community. So, bring your lawn chair and maybe something to change into at the Winery.
