Park is located off Verdon Road, which is a left turn off Route 1 North, past Kings Dominion. This will be a 4-mile hike, with a 2-mile option, for those who want a shorter hike. Some steep hills and steps, suggest bringing a hiking pole.
Lunch afterwards in Ashland or Hanover Tavern. If we are lucky, the Laurel will be in bloom and lining the trail.
