Tim Gilbert (804-304-8841) and Ann Lankey (804-338-1771) will lead a hike from Forest Hill Park to Belle Isle on December 4, 2024. Meet at 9:50 AM by the far shelter at the 42nd Street entrance into Forest Hill Park. We will hike to the Reedy Creek entrance to the James River Park System and circumnavigate Belle Isle, returning to Forest Hill Park. The hike will be about 5 miles. The terrain in the James River Park system is mostly level and the terrain within Forest Hill Park is hilly. To shorten the hike to 3.8 level miles, join us at the Reedy Creek parking lot at 10:15 AM. If you plan to join us at Reedy Creek, please let us know so we can look for you.
