Walk the Fan District and view the Halloween decorations. Meet in the CVS parking lot at 3514 Cary Street ( borders Nansemond Avenue) at 9:50 am ( do not park in the CVS lot, there is a large Publix garage entrance in front of CVS with no parking restrictions) or choose your own parking spot.
