November 8-11, 2024 - PATC Fall TrailFest!
This is not an official ODATC event but we are adding it to the calendar in case it is of interest to our members.
Plans are in the works for the first Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (PATC) Fall TrailFest at Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp. It will be a weekend packed with hikes, trail maintenance, demonstrations from PATC crews, and fun activities for all ages. The PATC annual meeting will be held on Saturday evening. The ODATC Mission
The construction and maintenance of foot trails for hikers, including the Appalachian Trail between Reids Gap and Rockfish Gap.
The provision of excursions on such trails or other areas.
Offering educational activities related to the need for preserving the great outdoors.
